You can cancel your order within 4 to 6 hours of placing it or at any time before the package has been dispatched from our Gurgaon fulfillment center.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Once an order is handed over to our courier partners and tracking is generated, the shipment cannot be intercepted in transit. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon receipt under our 7-Day Refund Policy.

Refund for Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the entire order amount is refunded back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days without any cancellation penalty.
